Online games and Halloween
 
Many games this Halloween are celebrating in a variety of styles. Some celebrates with a Scary event,
some celebrate by giving out exclusive in game item, some even selling some Halloween exclusive item.
For example, League of legend is selling exclusive character skins, that is only be buy-able this Halloween.
Vindictus is making a Halloween event, where there are new stages quest and items in the cash shop.
Even online games on your phone, Rites of delta, Dealth dome, Dead trigger....... are geared up for
Halloween.
So can we say Halloween is just for kids to grab some free candy?
 
The big advantage of online game's Halloween is that you can grab something exclusive, meaning
something that's never going to be sold or found again, having an exclusive item that others can no longer
get would really make other players who missed it or started after the event jealous and probably Drool.
The disadvantage is be prepared to dish out some cash, online games rarely give out good free stuff
these days. A League of legend exclusive skin cost 975 in game cash points($10=1380 points), thats
about 7 bucks!!!!! Vindictus is making you gamble on some pouches that may contain exclusive outfits,
but that's optional since there are new stages, quest and items drops. But hey a online game's gotta
make money somehow.
In the end, games should definitely celebrate Halloween, its good for your game to grab attention and
make some money out of it. But for us players try not to over spend, avoid gambling through pouches,
chests, bags and wheel spins. Anything that says chance is not a good direction to go, specially when
you're spending real money for something virtual. But hey if your feeling lucky go for it, again don't over
do it.
