**Questions for the Joint Letter to Ontario Table Tennis Association :**
1. **Attribute of OTTA**: Is OTTA a provincial sports organization (a non-profit) or a private company? Who are the current registered directors of the organization?
2. **Voting Rights**: Do OTTA members who pay the $50 annual fee as Competitive Players or Individual player Members have voting rights? Please refer to OTTA Bylaws 3.14 on Voting.
3. **Recreation Club Members**: Do recreation club members have voting rights?
4. **Term Limits for Board Members**: Can the board members, including the President , serve indefinitely without term limits?
5. **OTTA Funding**: Please disclose the composition and allocation of OTTA’s funding, including the Quest for Gold Athlete Assistance Program.
6. **Board Responsibilities**: Clearly outline the duties of board members and directors, and request an annual performance report from the OTTA board to its members.
7. **Eligibility Criteria for Board Members**: What are the criteria for determining the eligibility of candidates for board membership?
8. **Financial Transparency**: Please disclose the current financial status of the board and provide the audit report.
9. **High-Performance Athlete Classification**: Why are high-performance athletes categorized based on membership fees rather than their athletic performance or rating? (For example, a competitive member pays $50, and any athlete paying $100 becomes a high-performance player regardless of any skill level.)
10. **Club Membership Fees**: How much in club membership fees has been collected this fiscal year? This includes fees from recreation clubs, high-performance clubs, and special program clubs. Please provide a detailed breakdown of each club’s membership fees.
11. **Club Fees and Insurance**: It is understood that the club fees are used to purchase OTTA‘s insurance. What is the cost of this insurance, and what benefits does it provide to club facilities, coaches, and athletes?
12. **Age Requirement for High-Performance Coaches**: Must high-performance coaches be at least 18 years old?
13. **Ontario Athlete Ranking System**:
a. Why does Ontario have its own ranking system instead of using the TTCAN ranking?
b. Who is responsible for creating the ranking system for athletes, coaches, and clubs? Please disclose the list of individuals involved.

乒乓球运动在安省，远远落后于其它省份的发展，这个与我们这个经济，人口，乒乓球人员的大省完全不符，安省乒协的改革势在必行。[Fist][Fist][Fist]
希望华人在关键时候可以团结协作，同舟共济。[Shake][Shake]
乒乓球界专业及非专业人士，被欺负得太厉害了，太过份了。[Fist]

安省乒协一直不公开透明地运作，对于乒乓球进入中小学也不作为，我们要求安省乒协回归原始的非盈利团体本质，专注于乒乓球运动的发展。

这周末是安省乒协开会并选举主席的日子，最近因为安省乒协做的有些过分，所以众多俱乐部、教练和选手们都在团结起来要求安省乒协公开公正公平，并且致力于推动乒乓球运动发展，而不是限制。目前安省乒协设置各种条款障碍，不让大家参与乒协的管理，不允许监督，而且越来越限制乒乓球运动的大众发展，只专注职业选手，并且也是只收钱不办事儿，所以我们想所有人联合起来要求他公开财务制度及回答我们这些正常的问题。
所以最近几天我们各个乒乓球群里都在提及这个事情，请大家理解见谅，最好也能邀请你们参与进来。乒乓人最希望的是乒乓球运动能在安省开花结果、发展起来，还不是仅仅依靠一些热心家长一些专业的教练在支撑这项运动。咸菜是各个俱乐部，如果想要自己的选手参加专业比赛的话，那就需要交高达5000多加元的管理费，只要交了这笔钱，俱乐部的选手就有资格可以参加省乒协的专业比赛，这是不公平的。把很多专业的教练和运动员排除在外了。即使即使交费的俱乐部也是负担很大，几年前没有high performance 俱乐部及运动员这个规定，每个俱乐部只是1000多块钱管理费就可以了，所有选手也是可以公平地参与所有的比赛的。现在有了新规定不但费用高，而且只有额外交钱的还HP的运动员才可以参加某些比赛，而且安省乒协还自己另外规定了一个积分系统，就是只有参加足够多安省乒协比赛的选手才可以代表安省去参加其他的比赛，对所有的运动员造成了很大的困扰，明明只有固定几个选手很无聊的比赛，但是选手们不停的重复的参加。上次举办的几次TT4all是很好的比赛，但其实并不是安省乒协主张办的，是加拿大乒协给的钱指定OTTA办理的比赛，否则可能这个资金也不会被使用。
所以各位球友们不要嫌最近各个乒乓球群都在刷屏说这个事情，确实是目前大部分的乒乓球俱乐部、运动员和教练有苦说不出。

OTTA的投票机制也是近年来陆续加入各种新条款，所以搞得大部分人没有投票权，让我们所有人看不懂。最近要投票，所以上网查询，才发现加华这个规模最大注册球员最多的俱乐部居然没有投票权，而某些只有3-4张球台、没有多少人打球的小俱乐部反而有投票权，目前为止好像没有一个人能解释清楚这个投票权是怎么计算的。

目前乒协主席是Attila Mosonyi，老外，已经连任16年，我居然从来没见过这个人，也没见说话，基本上存在感很低，真正管事的是director。本来应该是board雇佣director来管理，可现在OTTA是director一言堂，他管board[囧]。张磊当年不把这摊事交给他就好了
